Description
This unpretentious building on the South Bank of the River Thames, in London, England, across from St. Paul's Cathedral, is full of history! The plaque on the left side of the door states that this is where Sir Christopher Wren lived during the construction of the cathedral, and is also where, in 1502, Catherine of Aragon, who afterwards was the first wife of Henry VIII, took shelter on her first landing in London.
