Description
There was a time when the tobacco industry flourished in Gadsden County, Florida. There were miles of farmland with shade tobacco growing under cheesecloth covers.
Abandoned tobacco barns, like this one photographed near the small rural communities of Quincy and Gretna, are still scattered throughout the area.
