Even laundry day is picturesque in Somerset!
Many of the cottages in this rural area of England are painted with limewash that has been tinted creamy yellow with ochre, many have thatched roofs, and most are surrounded by lovely English cottage gardens.
Here, one such cottage, surrounded by a stacked stone wall, has a garden with bright magenta flowers and an outside clothesline with laundry hung out to dry.
