Description

The buildings along the canals of Venice, Italy are full of Old World charm and lovely patina that comes over the years. The base of buildings shows the history of the rise and fall of the water levels.
This peach building has white balconies filled with green vegetation on the lower floor and orange and white flowers spilling out of windowboxes on the second floor.
The windows and doorway of an old weathered brown wooden door are arched.
The base of the building is brick, while higher portions are covered with plaster.
The concrete foundations are covered with algae and stains from the water gently lapping around the steps.
