Yosemite National Park, in California, is a nature lover's paradise.

There are wonderful hiking trails, with spectacular views such as this.

For the more adventurous, there are mountains to climb!

The park is full of special places, like Glacier Point, Yosemite Valley, Half Dome, El Capitain, Bridal Veil Falls, and the redwood forests.

There are a variety of accomodations within the park, including camping sites and, for those who prefer something less rustic, the fabulous Ahwahnee Hotel.

My love of photography grew out of capturing images from my travels, so photographs of beautiful and interesting places comprise a large portion of my portfolio. I am a Southern girl, and love the beauty that is in my back yard, so there are also lots of images from close to home. These include images of our beautiful Gulf Coast beaches, which I visit any time I can! I also enjoy capturing images of interesting flora and fauna, and wildlife images I am able to capture with my newest telephoto lens! I am a painter, as well as a photographer, and offer galleries of paintings and mixed media pieces.
