Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. SUMMER BRILLIANCE is a digital photograph by Carla Parris.
This square format photograph features a close up capture of a single brilliant orange zinnia.
In the center of the array of multi-layered outer orange petals, there is a ring of tiny yellow five-petaled flowers.
This eye-catching bloom was photographed in France, along the banks of the Rhone River, amidst a bed of black-eyed Susan type yellow daisies.
The palette of this macro image is orange, yellow, green, and black.
About Carla Parris
My love of photography grew out of capturing images from my travels, so photographs of beautiful and interesting places comprise a large portion of my portfolio. I am a Southern girl, and love the beauty that is in my back yard, so there are also lots of images from close to home. These include images of our beautiful Gulf Coast beaches, which I visit any time I can! I also enjoy capturing images of interesting flora and fauna, and wildlife images I am able to capture with my newest telephoto lens! I am a painter, as well as a photographer, and offer galleries of paintings and mixed media pieces.
