This collection of pearly, shiny, beautiful shells was photographed at the Tin Shed, a nautical theme store in historic Apalachicola, Florida, on the Gulf Coast. This image is part of a set of related images.

My love of photography grew out of capturing images from my travels, so photographs of beautiful and interesting places comprise a large portion of my portfolio. I am a Southern girl, and love the beauty that is in my back yard, so there are also lots of images from close to home. These include images of our beautiful Gulf Coast beaches, which I visit any time I can! I also enjoy capturing images of interesting flora and fauna, and wildlife images I am able to capture with my newest telephoto lens!
