LITTLE VENICE IN MYKONOS is a colorful digital photograph by Carla Parris.
Little Venice is a picturesque settlement on the Greek island of Mykonos. It has multi-storied medieval white houses with colorful painted wooden balconies.
Little Venice is situated between the beach of Aleukantras and the district of Castle.
One of the best places for enjoying Little Venice is seated at a brightly painted table in one of the little seaside bars and cafes which have the view seen in this image.
While there, I recommend trying a frappe, which is a delicious iced coffee, and perhaps a slice of rich, nutty, honeyflavored baklava.
About Carla Parris
My love of photography grew out of capturing images from my travels, so photographs of beautiful and interesting places comprise a large portion of my portfolio. I am a Southern girl, and love the beauty that is in my back yard, so there are also lots of images from close to home. These include images of our beautiful Gulf Coast beaches, which I visit any time I can! I also enjoy capturing images of interesting flora and fauna, and wildlife images I am able to capture with my newest telephoto lens! I am a painter, as well as a photographer, and offer galleries of paintings and mixed media pieces.
