This bright, colorful piece is a playful portrayal of water lilies and lily pads.
It incorporates text in the lower right corner and gauze in the upper right and the left side.

The palette of this whimsical painting is sky blue, Mediterranean blue, chartreuse, and pink, with magenta accents.
My love of photography grew out of capturing images from my travels, so photographs of beautiful and interesting places comprise a large portion of my portfolio. I am a Southern girl, and love the beauty that is in my back yard, so there are also lots of images from close to home. These include images of our beautiful Gulf Coast beaches, which I visit any time I can! I also enjoy capturing images of interesting flora and fauna, and wildlife images I am able to capture with my newest telephoto lens! I am a painter, as well as a photographer, and offer galleries of paintings and mixed media pieces. My interest in traditional art has spilled over to my post processing of photographs, and in addition to images with minimal post...
