Description

Lobster bakes are a Maine tradition.

This pile of lobsters on a bed of seaweed - a veritable lobster extravaganza!- was prepared for a lobster bake in Rockland, Maine.

And yes, in case you were wondering, they were as delicious as they look! They were served with drawn, or clarified, butter; mussels (which were good, but no competition for the lobster);boiled potatoes; and corn on the cob.
