A flock of seagulls, silhouetted against a beautiful sunset sky in Destin, Florida, are heading home for the evening.
The pastels tones of the sky are reflected in the damp sand where the gently rolling waves have receded. A set of darker clouds trailing across the sky are also casting their shadows on the beach below.
Destin is a fishing center on the Emerald Coast of Florida. With its beautiful beaches, with crystal sands and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico, it is also a popular vacation destination.
This serene, peaceful beach scene captures the quiet and beauty of the end of day on the Florida Gulf Coast.
