I love the beautiful back light on this capture of English raspberries, Carla!!! I just discovered your gallery and was most interested in looking at the photos you took of English scenes since I am English myself... I left England for the USA man years ago... so this is very nostalgic for me... L/F

We toured all around Minehead on our last trip to England in September. Especially loved Selworthy and the heather-covered (and blooming!!) moors. Got to see the Exmoor wild ponies up close, too! You must have loved being there!!

Thanks, Katie. I was introduced to raspberries on a trip to England with girlfriends (long before I married my English husband!) We would pick up fresh raspberries and little bottles of fresh cream from the green grocer, and picnic with them, or take them back to our B & B for an evening snack. I have been very fond of them, with or without cream, ever since.
